Project Scope
- Scope, timeline, and pricing are defined before project start
- Any changes may affect delivery time and cost
Payments
- Advance payment is required before project initiation
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started
Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables belong to the client after full payment
- AREEBS reserves the right to showcase work in portfolio
Limitation of Liability
AREEBS is not responsible for:
- Business losses due to external factors
- Platform changes (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, etc.)
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend services in case of misuse or non-payment.
